As a Village Manager you will be responsible for the welfare of the guests on your village outside of activity sessions and the general running of your marquee. From breakfast through to the evening meal you will be leading your group through their holiday, ensuring the smooth running of their stay and liaising with the centre management about the group’s requirements. You will have responsibility for the delivery of the evening activities programme, assisting with the serving of meals and maintaining the cleanliness of your village and marquee. You will need to be energetic, self-motivated and customer focussed to succeed in this rewarding position. Applicants do not need to have a background in adventure activities and will receive full training in all aspects of this exciting post.

Helping with the transportation of staff and equipment, our drivers ensure a safe professional service to our guests, staff and other logistical aspects of the centre. Your main responsibilities will include vehicle checks, transporting staff and guests to activity sites, loading and moving activity equipment as required and some centre maintenance duties. This position requires a mature and methodical approach to solving problems and applicants should possess good fitness levels due to the physical nature of the job. An attitude of responsible driving and experience of driving with trailers is a distinct advantage.
