| Overshadowed by the mountain of Skiddaw, lying between Keswick and the village of Braithwaite, our centre in the Lake District is superbly placed for exciting mountain and water sport adventures. The centre is located in a secluded area of a well managed, privately owned campsite. Keswick, just two miles away, is a small but friendly town, with pubs, clubs and shops. It also has several banks, a local hospital and provides a picturesque backdrop to evening socialising. On site there are purpose built toilets and showers and within a short walk, a laundrette, shop and telephone point. Using Derwentwater and its surrounding mountains as one of the main activity sites this centre benefits from some of the best outdoor activities to be found within Europe.
